Epoxy Flooring Installation Steps
Concrete Grinding & Surface Preparation
The concrete surface must be mechanically ground and polished to remove the weak top layer, allowing the epoxy primer to penetrate deeply into the concrete pores. This ensures strong adhesion between the epoxy materials and the concrete surface.
It is recommended to use a triple-head grinding machine to guarantee a smooth and level concrete surface with high-quality grinding results.

Epoxy Primer Application
The first stage of the epoxy system is applying a low-viscosity epoxy primer to ensure deep penetration into the concrete pores.
The epoxy primer can be applied using rollers or spray machines.
Epoxy Putty Application
After the epoxy primer has dried, several layers of epoxy putty are applied to fill any pores, holes, or large cracks in the concrete.
Once dry, the putty surface is sanded smoothly before applying the final finishing coat.
